You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use this site. Products are offered only in states where we are properly licensed, with a focus on Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina. Consultations are designed for people with approximately $400,000 or more in investable savings; booking does not guarantee that a product is available or suitable for you.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. By submitting, you permit us to contact you by phone, email and text message (as described in our Privacy Policy) about your request and appointment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@greaterris.com.

Consultations last about 1 hour and are held on Zoom. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing info@greaterris.com. If you miss an appointment without notice, we may ask you to confirm before booking again. Calls may be recorded or notes taken for quality, compliance and record-keeping; you will be told at the start of any recorded call and may decline.

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, submit false or another person's information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape content, or copy our materials or branding without written permission.

We rely on third-party services such as Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for meetings, video hosts and form tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greater Washington Retirement Income Solutions and its owners, agents and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greater Washington Retirement Income Solutions and its owners, agents and staff from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to the site for anyone who violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
