Greater Washington Retirement Income Solutions (“we,” “us”) is an independent insurance agency located at 6411 Ivy Lane Ste 602, Greenbelt, MD 20770, led by W. Doug Vincent II, an insurance-only producer. We help people approaching or in retirement understand retirement income, annuity, life insurance and long-term care options. This policy covers this website, our forms, scheduling and the consultations booked through it.

Information you give us: details you enter in our forms (such as name, email, phone, state, age range, employment or retirement status and approximate savings), answers to qualifying questions, and notes taken during your consultation.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, time on page, and advertising click identifiers (such as Meta fbclid or Google gclid) via cookies and pixels.

Scheduling information: the date and time you book, reschedule or cancel, and the email address used to confirm your appointment.

We use your information to respond to you, confirm and send reminders for your appointment, and conduct your consultation; to assess whether our services fit your situation; to send educational material where you have consented; to measure and improve our advertising and website; and to meet legal, regulatory and insurance-licensing obligations.

We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations: our CRM (Levitate), our scheduler (Calendly), video-meeting provider (Zoom), email and SMS delivery providers, form tools, and advertising and analytics platforms (Meta, Google). If you choose to apply for a product, we share the information required with the insurance carrier you select. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money.

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Greater Washington Retirement Income Solutions about your appointment and related educational information, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. We use the Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ads. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including insurance-licensing and record-keeping requirements; if you do not become a client, we delete or anonymise lead data when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or older residing in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are offered where we are licensed, with a focus on Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect; continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
